1. Order Accuracy

Please double-check all order details (flavor, size, message, delivery address, and date) before confirming your purchase. Once your order is placed, it enters our production schedule and cannot be modified close to the delivery date.

2. Change or Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Orders cancelled less than 3 days prior to delivery are non-refundable, as ingredients and resources will already have been allocated.

3. Delivery and Handling

We take great care to ensure your cake is delivered in perfect condition. Once the order has been handed over to our delivery partner, responsibility for safe handling transfers to the customer.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified address and time.

4. Cake Damage

While we make every effort to deliver your cake safely, minor imperfections may occasionally occur due to transit.

  • If the damage is slight, we will offer a 20% discount coupon for your next order.

  • If the cake is visibly damaged and unusable, please do not accept it from the delivery person. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.

  • If the cake is accepted and later reported as damaged, we unfortunately cannot issue a full refund.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Major product damage reported at the time of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Delivery not completed by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cakes that have been accepted, consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
